Return and Exchange Policy
To initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to us at customercare@pawsomecompanions.com within 2 working days of receiving the product with the following information and attachments in the email:
- Subject – Request for Exchange: Order Id __________________
- Attachments:
- Invoice Copy
- Photographs of the damaged or spoiled package
- Content: Description of what you think the defect is.
Upon receipt of the email our Customer Care team will investigate your case and if all conditions qualify, we will arrange a complimentary pick-up of the product from your location. Ensure the product is unused, with all tags intact and return the product in it’s original packaging along with the Invoice. Keep the pickup slip safe for coordination with our delivery partners.
Upon receiving the product at our warehouse and conducting a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange or store credit, in line with our policy. If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will issue store credit and keep you informed about its availability.
